Understanding Our Business Hours and On-Call Services

At Faithful Friends Pet Memory Center, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and respectful care during the difficult time of losing a beloved pet. To serve you better, we have structured our availability into regular business hours and extended on-call hours to accommodate emergencies and immediate needs. Below, we explain the differences between these hours.

Differences Between Our Business Hours and On-Call Services

Business Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

During our regular business hours, a full range of services are available, and our staff is on hand to assist you with any needs you may have. Here’s what you can expect during business hours:

  • Pre-Planning and Arrangements: We provide in-person Pre-Planning Services to help you make arrangements for your pet’s cremation, including choosing between private or communal cremation, pick up and drop off services,  and selecting memorial items.
  • Walk-ins Hours - You can visit our crematorium to discuss your pet's aftercare, view urns and memorial products. This included picking up your pet's remains and memorial items.
  • Pick-Up Services: We can arrange for the pick-up of your pet from your home or veterinary clinic.
  • Drop-Off Services: You are also welcome to bring your pet to our facility for cremation, no appointment necessary.

Our administrative team is available to answer questions regarding cremation, urns, pricing, scheduling, and more.

On-Call Hours

Everyday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Our on-call hours are designed to provide flexibility and support for emergency situations, scheduled drop-offs, and house pick-ups outside of our regular business hours. It is important to note that on-call hours are specifically for the following services:

  • Pre-Planned Appointments: You can schedule an appointment during business hours and we can pick-up your pet from your home or veterinarians office, during on-call hours ensuring timely and respectful handling of your pet.
  • Pick-up: If you need an emergency pick up service, you must call and make arrangements with the person on-call, this include arranging a time to pick up your pet, either at a veterinarians office or at your house.
  • Emergency Drop-Off: We understand that emergencies can happen at any time. Our on-call staff is available to assist you with urgent needs related to your pet’s passing.
  • Drop off - If you need to drop off your pet for cremation during on-call hours, you must call in advance and make arrangements for someone to meet you at the facility. This service is for emergency drop-offs only, where you can bring your pet to our facility and pay for cremation services only.

**Please Note: During on-call hours, our facility is not open for in-person visits beyond emergency drop-offs. This means:

  • No Facility Access: The building is not open for browsing urns, memorial items, or any other in-person services.
  • Focused Service: On-call services are streamlined to focus on the immediate needs of dropping off your pet and arranging for cremation.

What This Means for You

  • Flexibility and Support: Our structured hours ensure that you receive the support you need, whether it’s during regular business hours or in urgent situations.
  • Streamlined Services: On-call hours are designed to quickly address emergencies, providing you with prompt and efficient service.

We are committed to providing compassionate and respectful care at all times. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us during our business hours or reach out to our on-call team for urgent needs.
